Tim brings over 30 years in the Hospitality industry with an Associate in Science Degree. He graduated from Penn State University then moved to Virginia Beach and started in the Hospitality world as a Server/Bartender. He then worked his way into Supervisor and Manager positions.  After 5 years in the industry, he decided that this was the industry for him.  He moved back to Pennsylvania and decided to get into the Corporate Casual Dining world and started a career with Chili’s Grill and Bar and stayed there for 23 years in Manager, General Manager, and Area Director roles on both the corporate and franchise sides of the business. After this impressive career path he took on roles as Joint Venture Partner with Bonefish and most recently PF Chang’s. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family at the Lake and just unwinding.

Tim’s passion to help others has led him to EHS Hospitality where he can take his wealth of experiences and make a positive impact on others in their career choices.
