Samantha Ferrari is an Atlanta native born and raised and loves all things Atlanta; the restaurants, the diversity, and even the sports teams; so, you can imagine how humble she is. She graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Sociology. “Sociology has allowed me to understand people of all cultures, ethnicities, and backgrounds”. Getting to know people drives her to know that she can make a difference in someone’s day or better yet help them get where they want to be in life. Samantha has been in the restaurant/hospitality industry for 21 years. It all started as a child, as her father was a master chef in Atlanta. “Every weekend we would pack our bags and my brother and I would run around the hotel creating mischief. The staff was like family, so they always knew what we were up to” Her mom was also in the industry (and still is) working for a catering company and wedding venues. At the age of 15 she started as a hostess at Outback Steakhouse and went on to become a server at Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen where she would remain for the next 17 years. She also spent time with other concepts and country clubs in various roles experiencing a diverse range in Hospitality.
Her experiences in the field have led her to EHS RECRUITING COMPANY where she continues her passion for training, coaching, and connecting companies and candidates alike.
