John had a very successful hotel career with Marriott Hotels in New York City and Adams Mark Hotels in the Midwest and has also owned a NY Style Deli in Florida. After closing the Deli he enhanced his culinary career and gained management experience in Golf and Yacht Clubs. John also worked several years with OPL Limited on the west coast of Florida. John’s last tour was managing an award winning breakfast and lunch restaurant. One of John’s old colleagues stated, “After working with John over the last decade, I can say he is a walking Food and Beverage calculator, from cost analysis, P&L, Budgeting and Forecasting; he has forgotten more things than most people will ever learn.” He has numerous awards, including Manager of the Year and several awards for outstanding profitability.
