Jerry comes to EHS with over 40 years of combined Restaurant Operations experience including over 9 years in a Multi-Unit Director and Corporate Chef role.
Jerry has worked for several well-known brands in the Restaurant industry such as Cracker Barrel, Texas Roadhouse, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, PF Chang’s, and Mattel. He began his career bussing tables and ended up running the kitchen at a Holiday Inn all throughout his early career. For the past 9 years, Jerry has worked with both design and development of individual or multi-unit projects across the Southeast and into the north shore of Massachusetts. He has partnered with many industry leaders branching into all areas of the Restaurant industry from site development/selection to distribution vendor margins and procurement.
Jerry plans to use his 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry marketing and recruiting, and matching the best of the best for Hospitality Management searches across the United States and worldwide.
