Ian joins the EHS family with over 25 years of hospitality tenure. Ian started his culinary career as Chef/Partner of Mackinnon’s restaurant in Northville MI. After a successful entrepreneur experience, he joined Nordstrom Restaurants as the opening Chef for their new Bistro concept. Recognized nationally for creating and mentoring great teams, he accepted the position as Regional Chef for the Southern States and moved to Dallas TX with his family. There he continued has passion for building great teams and developing a team of Chef’s, GM’s and regional managers across 34 locations and leading menu development for five new full-service concepts.
