Casey joins EHS with twenty years of experience in customer service. While attending college, he began his industry career as a server. He quickly worked his way to Corporate Trainer. He was also able to travel as a supporting team member opening new restaurants for Cheesecake Factory. The last ten years were spent managing upscale, casual restaurants in South Florida, with annual volume up to $16M. He enjoys spearheading community events. He is also an avid hockey fan.
