Brian brings over 25 years of restaurant operating, entrepreneurial and leadership experience to EHS. As a successful operator and multi-unit manager for several high-volume concepts including companies such as; Planet Hollywood Chicago, John Harvard’s Brew House, Sega Gameworks & Jillian’s. He set company standards regarding financial performance, people development, customer satisfaction, and community involvement.

Brian’s vast experience also includes time as Entrepreneur; Financial & Operational Consultant serving as a Chief Financial Officer in the (Blue Northern Energy) renewable energy sector, VP of Operations (Prasino Holdings) and President (Beat the Streets New York & Chicago) of a successful not-for-profit.  Brian has a very diverse management background which also includes retail and professional sports; Dylan’s Candy Bar – New York City and the Kane County Cougars, single “A” affiliated baseball.

Brian is a lifelong coach who has developed countless hospitality professionals.  Brian is passionate about his family, fishing, gardening, cooking, wine…and the Chicago Cubs!
