Bill has over 30 years of Restaurant Operations experience with more than 15 of those in Multi-Unit and Executive roles. Additionally, he was an operating partner for a company that owned Franchises of an On the Border and Damon’s in Austin, TX.
Bill has worked for several iconic brands in the Restaurant industry such as On the Border, Rusty Pelican, Dave and Buster’s and Steak N Shake. He progressed from an Oyster Shucker at Rusty Pelican after leaving the Army to Vice President of Operations at Dave and Buster’s and as a Division President with Steak N Shake. He has had the opportunity to partner with many great Restaurant Leaders and is excited about the opportunity to help future leaders maximize their value in this industry.
Bill is the Owner/Operator for the Houston EHS market as well as doing searches across Texas and the US. His passion for people in addition to his 30 years of experience in Restaurants helps him match the Greatest Candidates with the Best Companies for years to come.
