Sous Chef for Upscale Seafood Restaurant – $50K to $60K Work Overlooking the Gulf

Gulf View restaurant featuring seafood, chops & sushi in an airy restaurant/bar with coastal decor, deck seating & gulf views. Beautiful!!!! Amazing!!!!!

The Sous Chef will:

  • Build, train, and lead a strong team
  • High Volume background $6-12M
  • Insure the upmost quality and consistency in food and service
  • Work with the Executive Chef on daily specials and menu ideas
  • Learn P & L Knowledge

The Sous Chef’s role comes with a fantastic base salary and bonus with total compensation reaching up to approximately $60k to 65K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
