The Sous Chef will:
- Build, train, and lead a strong team
- High Volume background $6-12M
- Insure the upmost quality and consistency in food and service
- Work with the Executive Chef on daily specials and menu ideas
- Learn P & L Knowledge

The Sous Chef’s role comes with a fantastic base salary and bonus with total compensation reaching up to approximately $60k to 65K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
