Looking for a polished professional Restaurant Manager to operate a high volume, upscale, Mexican casual restaurant for a national chain. This trendy restaurant is a true taste of Mexico. Work in a fun casual environment with over 425 different tequilas. Corporate and beverage background preferred. Extensive knowledge of P & L, COGS, employee orientated, and “customer first” attitude. As the company continues to grow, so do the opportunities to expand upon your skills and really learn what makes a successful business click.
The Restaurant Manager will:
- Build, train, and lead a strong team
- High Volume background $4-8M
- Insure the upmost quality and consistency in food and service
- Work with the General Manager
- P & L Knowledge
- Cool-Hot Trendy concept with growth opportunities
- High volume upbeat concept
- Multiple Opportunities down the road
- Earn your way to become a GM, $130k total compensation.
The Restaurant Manager’s role comes with a stellar base salary and bonus of up to $50k to 65K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
