Looking for a professional Kitchen Manager to operate a high volume $15M plus, casual restaurant for a national chain in an entertainment setting. This trendy theme park restaurant offers an array of delicious items and tropical treats, from mouthwatering appetizers and exotic salads to creative entrées such as pastas, burgers, seafood, steaks and chicken. The Kitchen Manager role comes with a stellar base salary and bonus of up to $60k to 70K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
