Sprawling American restaurant dishes up casual fare for brunch, lunch & dinner among rustic decor. This restaurant is authentic; five-star, American country comfort food, pure and simple. Here, handcrafted classics are served with a heavy helping of creativity amidst rustic stone backdrops, elegant patios and lush gardens. Customers can expect one-of-a-kind flavors and generously portioned classics like ribs, steak, fresh seafood, and wild game. Looking for an Executive Chef with a passion for food, creativity and the desire to be the best.
The Executive Chef will:
- Manage day to day operations;
Coordinate and maintain schedule
Ensure high level of organization and quality Build, train, and lead a strong team
- Work with the General Manager
- Uphold high customer service standards
- Banquet and catering experience a plus
- Maintain profitable operations
- Cool-Hot Trendy concept with growth / ownership opportunities
- $8+ million in volume
- Creative position with changing specials and menus
The Executive Chef role comes with a stellar base salary and bonus of up to $100k to 120K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
