Hiring for Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef-Growth Opportunities up to 90k
One of Sarasota’s top restaurants is hiring– One of our favorite EHS clients– has some AWESOME opportunities for Kitchen Managers/Sous Chefs.
American coastal bistro food (Key West shrimp, scallop risotto, local red snapper, tuna tartare) is served informally but attentively, and much of it is sourced from nearby farms and the Gulf of Mexico.
The Kitchen Manager will:
- Build, train, and lead a strong team with a hands-on approach
- Work in partnership with the Executive Chef to create daily specials of your choice
- Uphold high food quality standards
- Develop great relationships with the vendors, guests, and team members
- Scratch kitchen to allow for creativity
- Pay ½ medical and full dental and vision
- Future growth plans include Naples and Downtown Disney locations
- Locations doing 6 to 7 million annually
- 50-hour workweek for managers
