Great casual scratch kitchen concept! Each restaurant’s upbeat atmosphere is complemented by original artwork and backed by a soundtrack of classic rock. Restaurant has 67 locations, opening 3-5, annually. Part of a great national restaurant group with 8 other concepts.

The Senior Sous Chef will:
• Build, train, and lead a strong team
• Work with the Executive Chef
• Uphold high customer service standards
• Maintain profitable operations
• Cool-Hot Trendy concept with growth opportunities
• Opportunity to assume Executive Chef position within 9 months, base salary $75K, bonus up to $20K
• $8+ million in volume
The Senior Sous Chef role comes with a stellar base salary of $50K to $60K, and bonus of up to $8K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
