Description

Great national company with multiple restaurants and new restaurants opening this year and next.  The position is accountable for the day to day operations, training, customer relations and maintaining a positive and committed attitude while displaying a hands-on management style. Directly responsible for people development, P&L management, food and safety compliance, service and facility standards, meeting or exceeding specified company expectations.

Requirements: •  Minimum of 2+ years of Management experience in medium to high volume restaurants •  Great leadership and mentoring skills

  • Progressive career path, currently in the industry •  Maintains a sense of urgency attitude for the completion of responsibilities & tasks •  Able to drive successful P&L performance •  Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high-pressure environment •  Passionate about people development •  Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects; easily adapts to change
